1952 Hightlights:
- Senator J S Lee was elected as JCI Vice President for Asia.
- Harold Bruce was the Secretary to Executive Committee for Asia.
- Three Jaycee children libraries, at Hongkong School for Deaf at Diamond Hill, Cheung Chau Public School, and Silvermine Bay Children’s Holiday Camp, were opened.
1953 Highlights:
- Six more children libraries were opened, making the total of eleven libraries. Funds were raised for the 12th one, total number of books was more than 50,000 copies. The project was awarded as JCI Outstanding Local Project at JCI 8th World Congress at San Francisco.
- An exhibition of Hong Kong products was organized as part of an Asian Room opened in conjunction with the San Francisco Congress.
