Please also submit your I.D. Card copy and a cheque of HK$500 payable to “Junior Chamber International Hong Kong Limited” as your initiation fee for 6 months, to the address: 21/F, Seaview Commercial Building, 21-24 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. As the initiation fee is the administration cost for your application, it is non-refundable in the event of your application for full membership being unsuccessful.
The Applicant agree(s) that JCIHK may transfer the data collected (herein “Data”) outside Hong Kong, Conduct matching procedures (as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy Ordinance), utilize the Data and such other personal data and information relation to the Applicant for non-commercial purpose(s) of the JCIHK.
