2001 Highlights:

• National President Senator Michelle Tang was elected as APDC Chairman for the year 2002 at the JCI Daegu Conference.
• National President Senator Michelle Tang was appointed as the member of 2002 JCI Growth and Development Commission for the year 2002 at the JCI Barcelona Congress.
• National President Senator Michelle Tang represented JCI Area B to attend the JCI Membership Strategy Forum in JCI Headquarters, Miami, USA.
• Past National President Senator Sonny Yu was elected as the Chairman of the JCI Foundation.
• Senator Shirley M.K. Chan was elected as the Director of JCI ASPAC Senate Board at the JCI Daegu Conference for the year 2002.
• Senator Ellen Tsang was appointed as Special Assistant to World President for Sponsorship in Area B for the year 2002.
• Hon. Life President Senator A de O Sales, GBM, JP received Doctorate (Hon.) in Social Science of HK Baptist University.
