JCI City (Junior Chamber International City) is a male youth leadership training organization , founded in 1981. offering development opportunities in personal, social, international, and business areas. Through organizing various activities, such as the “Junior Dragon Ambassador” JCI City aims to cultivate leadership skills and discover potential in its members aged 18 to 40, while giving back to the community. The organization is one of the largest and most active chapters in Hong Kong and has received numerous awards for outstanding chapters.
