“Outstanding Enterprise Heritage Selection” (formerly: Outstanding Family Business Selection) is a flagship work program organized by the Junior Chamber International Tsuen Wan. The first election was held in 2014, and this year will be the tenth. This program aims to recognize companies that have passed on their legacy and encourage the inheritance of skills.The election combines the foundation of sustainable development SDGs with ESG elements to recognize contestants’ contributions in innovation, environment, society and governance. We hope that through this election, we can raise public attention to cultural heritage and sustainable development.

The purpose of the election is to commend outstanding corporate inheritance. Participate in the election through independent third-party nomination. Through selection interviews and reviews by a professional jury, the most innovative values, creative elements, inheritance plans and implementation management, A company with elements of social responsibility and historical value. The winners will be announced and an award ceremony will be held at the awards ceremony.

The professional judging panel will determine the winner of the election based on the evaluation criteria and the information submitted by the shortlisted companies and their interview performance. The organizing committee will notify the winners of the results and will announce the results and conduct an award ceremony at the award ceremony.
