Mr. Bahar Ramchandani

Kowloon Jacyees was formed and then existing members of Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce later called themselves Victoria Jaycees. Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce then became the National Organization of two LOMs as mentioned above.
Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce organized the “Miss Hong Kong – 1965” contest, as a major effort to raise fund for that year’s projects.
