青少年研討會- 吸毒問題 was jointly organized by Victoria Jaycees & SARDA on Nov 13,1971.
Mr C H Kan, Chairman of Tai O Rural Committee, JC Albert Li, President of Victoria Jaycees, and Mr Harold Kwok, JP, District Officer (Islands) officially opened the Tai O Children Playground, the first fiber-glass equipped playground in Hong Kong.
The Exchange Program in 1971 began the annual Youth Voyage between Hong Kong and Japan.
