1967 Highlights:

• 1967 was a great year in the expansion of the Jaycee movement from a one-chapter NOM organization, to the current many chapters NOM organization.
• The newsletter of Hong Kong Junior Chamber of Commerce was reborn in the form of new official National Journal-”HARBOUR LIGHTS”. It was given the “Best NOM Publication” Award at the JCI World Congress in Toronto, Canada.
• In March 1967, the Jayceettes (later formed into a chapter in 1969) was launched under the leadership of Hazel Lo.
• Senator Bahar Ramchandani was elected as JCI Executive Assistant for Development for 1968.
