The Bauhinia Junior Chamber International (BJCI) is the first all-female chapter of the Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, with Chinese as its official language. Founded in September 1979 under the leadership of its late founding president, Ms. Ho Suk-yin, JP. Members are aged 18 to 40. This year’s theme is “Bauhinia Love, Unity, Vitality, Innovation,” representing our aspiration to unite members, build upon the solid foundation laid by our predecessors, maintain an open and innovative mindset, and nurture members into leaders who keep pace with the times through various training programs and activities.
